1 cup vegetable oil, 7 1/2 oz
8 tablespoons lemon juice, 4 floz
1 dash garlic powder
3 teaspoons freshly ground pepper
5 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 1/2 floz
3 tablespoon honey, 2 1/4 floz
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Enough to coat 3lbs of beef, pork, chicken, lamb or seafood. When marinating use a non-metallic dish or bowl
