Pan Fried Chicken

Preparation Time: 40 minutes

1 cup flour
salt and pepper
Italian seasoning 
8 Chicken thighs, skinned 
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup margarine
1. Mix flour, salt and pepper and seasoning in a bowl.
2. Rinse chicken pieces in water. 
3. Coat chicken pieces with flour mixture and let them stand on a rack for 15 minutes.
4. Heat oil and margarine in large frying pan. On medium heat Cook chicken pieces for 10 minutes, turn and cook for another 10 minutes, turn again and cook for a final 10 minutes.
