4 chicken breasts, no skin, no bone
salt and pepper
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon tarragon
1. Place chicken in pan, add salt and pepper, brush with mustard, oil, then tarragon. Turn chicken over and repeat marinade. Let marinade for 30 minutes.
2. BBQ for 10 minutes then wrap tightly in foil and let rest for another 10 minutes.
