1/2 cup bread crumbs or panko
1/2 tbs of cornmeal cup panko
1/2 tbs corn starch
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
1/4 teaspoon chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon oregano
4 Chicken thighs, skinned
1. Place all the ingredients in a food procssor and make sure everything is very well blended.
2. Wet thighs with water or milk and place in plastic bag, two at a time, coat well.
3. Place thighs on raised grill for the oven.
4. Cook at 400°F for 45 minutes. Leave in warm oven for another 10 to 20 minutes.
