1. Preheat oven to 525°F.
2. Line two pizza pans with parchment paper and spread dough evenly. Spread 1/2 of the pesto onto each pizza , covering all the way to the edges.
3. Add sun dried tomatoes, arugula and spinach. Spread cheeses on top.
3. Slide both pizzas in the oven. Bake for 3 minutes, switch lower and upper, rotate.
Bake for another 3 minutes. Remove parchment paper and bake for 2 minutes, switch and bake for another 2 minutes. Remove from oven and slide pizzas onto boards
4. Top with fresh arugula. Let sit for a few minutes before serving.
