Ice Box Ginger Snaps

1 cup bvutter/margarine
1/3 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup molasses
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons ginger
pinch salt 
1. Mix together, form into 2″ diameter roll, cover with wax paper and leave in fridge over night.
2. Slice thinly (1/8″) and bake on parchment lined cookie sheet for 5 to 7 minutes at 400F
