4 cups apple — peeled and sliced
1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup apple juice
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Topping
2/3 cup margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1. Toss together apples, blueberries, raspberries, sugar, apple juice, cornstarch and cinnamon. Spread in 11×17 inch (2-L) baking dish.
2. Topping: beat margarine with sugar until fluffy; beat in vanilla.
3. Stir together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt; gradually stir into margarine mixture. Drop the results by rounded spoon full onto fruit mixture.
4. Bake at 375F about 55 minutes or until fruit is tender and topping is cooked through.
