Mint Chocolate Icing

1/2 cup softened butter/margarine
1 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 cups icing sugar (16oz)
1 to 2 tablespoon milk
4 oz finely chopped bitersweet chocolate (Bakers 70% Dark Chocolate)
1. Beat 4 first ingredients until creamy
2. Gradually add icing sugar and milk, beating at low speeed until blended and smooth.
3. Blend in chocolate
