Graham Crumb Crust

200 grams graham crackers
1/2 cup softened butter/margarine – 4oz
1/3 cup sugar – 2 1/4oz
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until fine.
2. Grease a spring form pan. Spread mixture over the bottom. Use a sheet of wax paper to press down and flatten the crumbs in the pan.
3. For a cooked pie shell; preheat oven to 325 F. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Press into one pie shell. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool before filling shell.
