Broccoli Stir-Fry

4 tbsp olive oil
12oz broccoli, cut into florets
2 large carrots
4 garlic clove, chopped
1 tsp chili garlic sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp lime juice
1 tbs honey
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Spinach
You can add boiled potatoes
1. Heat the olive oil in a wok, add the broccoli and carrots, fry for 3 minutes, or until starting to soften,
2. Add garlic sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, honey, salt and freshly ground black pepper and fry for 7 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.
3. Add spinach. Cook until spinach is wilted.
