Steak Sauce

Steak Sauce

1 tablespoon of butter
1 clove garlic diced 
1 tablespoon soy sauce 
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard 
1/2 teaspoon sugar 
Pepper 
2 tablespoon crème fraîche 
1. Melt butter in small saucepan, add garlic and cook at very low heat till slightly browned.  
2. In a small bowl, mix the soy with the mustard and sugar. Add to the sauce pan. Bring to a small boil for one minute. Add pepper. 
3. Mix in crème fraîche.
