Kathy’s Mint Sauce

3 tablespoon water
1 1/2 teaspoon icing sugar
1/3 cup mint leaves
1/2 cup white vinegar
1. Heat the water. Dissolve the icing sugar.
2. Add mint and vinegar. Let cool.
