Banana Bread

Preparation Time: 60 MinTime: 1 hour
1 1/3 cup – 6 1/2 oz flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 bananas
5 1/3 tablespoon – 3 1/4 oz butter or margarine
6 tablespoon –  3 fl oz fruit juice 
2/3 cup 4 1/2 oz sugar
1.  Preheat oven to 350F (Cakes).
2.  Mix together flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
3.  In separate bowls, mash bananas. Add margarine, fruit juice and sugar. Add flour mixture to banana mixture and blend. 
4.  Bake in 4 x 8 loaf pan for 55 minutes. Let cool, then take out of pan.
