Vegetable Broth
Recipe By: The New Basics

Preparation Time: 30Min
1 1/4 cups water
2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
3 1/3 cups Best for Bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoon yeast
1. Measure ingredients in the order listed into baking pan. Insert baking pan into oven chamber. Close lid. Select: Dough/Pasta Setting. Press Start.
2. When cycle is complete divide dough in half and shape into two baguettes
3. Place on a baking sheet. Cover and let rise in warm , draft-free place until double in size, 30 to 40 minutes. With a sharp knife make 3 diagonal cuts about 1/4 inch deep across the top of each loaf. 
4. Bake in 375F oven for 35 minutes.
