Chili Beef Pasta

12 oz rigatoni or macaroni
1 lb lean ground beef
1 onion chopped
1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
2 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cups soy milk
1 sweet red pepper chopped
1 can (28oz) diced or stewed tomatoes
1?4 cup tomato paste
1/2 teaspoon salt
1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and return to pot.
2. Brown beef in large skillet, drain off any fat. Add onion, chilli powder and oregano; cook, stirring , for 5 minutes
3. Add soy milk and bring to boil, reduce heat and boil gently for 12 minutes. Add red peppers, tomatoes and tomato paste; bring to boil. educe heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in salt.
4. Add sauce to pasta
