Fettuccine
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, chopped
1 large tomato, chopped
2 cans tuna
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1 juice of a lemon
1. Cook pasta.
2. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes, add the tomato for a few minutes.
3. Add Tuna and cook for a couple minutes at medium heat. 
3. Add the spinach and the lemon juice, stir well. 
4. Serve immediately over pasta.
