Lemony Tuna and Olive Oil Pasta

Lemony Tuna and Olive Oil Pasta

2 6-ounce cans oil-packed tuna (drain but keep the oil)
1 cup broccoli, bit size
16 ounces linguine (1 box) 
4 tablespoons olive oil 
4 cloves garlic, sliced 
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper 
1 lemon, grated lemon zest and juice
salt and black pepper 
3 cups spinach, chopped
1. Drain tuna but keep the liquid.
3. Steam the broccoli for 8 minutes.
2. Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain the pasta, reserve cooking water and add to tuna liquid for a total of 1 cup.
3. Wipe out the pasta pot and cook the oil, garlic, and red peppesr over medium heat, stirring frequently, until fragrant, 2 to 3 minutes. 
4. Add the pasta, tuna, lemon zest and juice, salt andblack pepper, and the reserved tuna/pasta water to the pasta pot and cook over low heat, tossing, until the sauce is slightly thickened and coats the pasta, 1 to 2 minutes. 
5. Add the broccoli and spinach and toss to combine.
