1 Pie Crust
5 cups strawberries sliced – 2 16oz packages
3/4 cup – 5 1/4oz sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
5 tablespoons – 1 1/4oz flour
Sugar
1. In a deep pie dish, line pie crust with strawberries (can be frozen).
2. In small bowl: mix other ingredients and sprinkle over fruit. Cover with a top crust. Seal top crust. Sprinkle with sugar
3. Bake in 450F oven for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 375F and bake for 35 minutes.
