2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/4 cup water
2/3 cup sugar
4 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 pie shell
1. Mix cornstarch and water until very smooth and then blend with sugar.
2. Put berries in large bowl, add mixture, let stand 15 minutes.
3. Put berries in pie shell, season with lemon juice and cinnamon. Cover with pie top.
4. Bake pie in 450F oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F and bake about 40 to 45 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
