Garlic Chicken Pasta

1/3 cup olive oil
1 garlic, crushed
1 lb linguini
2 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless, thinly sliced
1 pint cherry tomatoes
2 cups aruguka, packed
salt & pepper
1. Add garlic to oil in a bowl and mix.
2. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water. Drain and return to pot.
3. Add 1 tbsp garlic/oil in a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high. Add chicken. Cook until chicken is no longer pink, 2 to 3 min. add remaining garlic/oil and tomatoes. Cook, stirring often, until tomatoes soften, 3 to 4 min. Transfer pasta into chicken and tomato pan. 4. Over low heat, stir in arugula, salt and pepper.
