Garlic Noodles and Pork

Garlic Noodles & Pork

1 lb fettuccine
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce (or soy)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 1/2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce (Lee Kum Kee)
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 lb pork cut in small pieces
1 bunch broccoli cut in small pieces
1 large carrot cut in small pieces
1 yellow pepper cut in small pieces
1/2 cup beef or vegetable stock
1. Cook pasta. prepare vegetables and pork.
2. In bowl, mix cornstarch, teriyaki sauce, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce and minced garlic.
3. Heat oil, brown pork for about 4 minutes. Pour out fat. Add teriyaki mixture, broccoli, carrots, pepper and water. Cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Stir often.
4. Place drained pasta in large bowl, add pork mixture. Toss to evenly coat.
