Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, grated
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Pinch sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 head romaine lettuce
2 cups croutons
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1. In bowl, whisk together dressing; mayonnaise, oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, Worcestershire, salt, pepper, and cheese.
2. Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces, place in large bowl. Add dressing, croutons and cheese; toss to combine.
Serve with:
Ham, steak, chicken breasts or hard boiled eggs.
Make-ahead: mix dressing and refrigerate.
