Roasted Asparagus

24 asparagus spears cut into one inch pieces
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Coarse salt and ground pepper
1. Heat oven to 400°F
2. Place asparagus in an oven safe pan,
3. Toss with oil, salt & pepper
4. Cook for 20 minutes tossing once.
