Chinese Five Spices

10 star anise 
21 tablespoons fennel seeds 
2 teaspoons Szechuan 1 1/2 teaspoons cloves
2 3-inch cinnamon sticks
1.  Gather the ingredients and add them into a blender jar or in a sppice grinder.
2.  Blend to a fine powder.
3.  Transfer into a clean glass jar and store in cool dry place.
