1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup olive oil, 7 1/2 fl oz
1/3 cup cider vinegar, 2 1/2 fl oz
1/tablespoon Dijon mustard
You can replace the cider vinegar with balsamic vinegar
Mix all ingredients in a small jar until smooth.
This can be kept on the counter.
