Sauteed Brussels Sprouts

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved lengthwise
Coarse salt and ground pepper
1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1. Add oil then brussels sprouts to a large skillet over medium-low. Season with salt and pepper, and cook, turning every few minutes. cook for about 20 minutes
2. Add 1/4 cup water and cook until evaporated, about 2 minutes.
3. Add lemon juice and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
